Well guys you get what you pay for.. I agree that the architect should have done better job and maybe should think of himself sleeping in a very tiny rooms.. but again it is a kind of villa at less than 1mil in Dubai.. 🤷♀️
Most know to avoid Damac altogether because of quality issues all round from service quality to build quality. Ends up costing you far more. Better to pay a bit more and save yourself the stress and trouble.
It’s horrible Villa right. DAMAC doesn’t offer the high quality of Emaar right. It doesn’t appear to be value for money ! Could you please review the Just Cavalli Villa at Akoya Oxygen please.
I have paid 600000 aed 7 years ago for damac celistia and so far did not get anything. Can I take this Vila and pay the rest in cash?I mean instead of celistia transfer my money to this project and I will pay the rest myself. Please let me know
I usually like your videos but...this sounded more like a mockery! Not everyone can live on the World Islands or in signature villas. Not everyone can afford. Not everyone likes to live in the most busy area! Some prefer a smaller house, budget friendly to an even smaller apartment in the "it" fashionable area that costs 3 times more! The almost "disgust" on her face is putting me off. I think people living in these villas can feel offended. So this video is a NO for me.
There is carrefour in the area. Also school and hospital in future development. Closest hospital and school in Arabian Ranches. Like 15-20 minutes driving
As we told in this video that it is better to rent there... However It depends when and what you are buying... For example Damac hills villas according to my experience quite popular project, buildings somewhere in JVC or DWC even in Business Bay not moving so well.
