Fairfield mayor has an offer for billionaires trying to build a new city 

When planning a new city make sure that you build plenty of low cost affordable housing for people who earn only minimum wage. Many people who work as sales clerks and for fast food companies need a place to live.... also the Baby boomers aren't dieing as fast as the previous generation, so we must provide them with affordable housing... less than $900 per month. There are many senior women who were stay at home moms who don't get much Social Security benefits because they didn't work that much. 😢

How cute - Government asking BILLIONAIRES - BILLIONAIRES, the Gov. main stream of revenue to prove themselves. What a joke - that's the type of intervention and attitude they'll be sure to keep OUT of the new town. how arrogant of the Mayor

Many of these developers just want to build big expensive condos that most people can't afford... don't forget the little people.

Mayor Moy What's needed is contacting the owners of the unhoused buildings like the one on Tabor Ave next to the 7-Eleven as well the smaller building next to it redesigned/ redevelop to house homeless. With rules in place. Why shouldn't they follow rules? Whole others work. Everywhere you look theres a pile. Unacceptable behavior. Each tenets part takes in becoming responsible Fairfield residents cleaning themselves up. The smaller building serve as a clinic. Hiring the appropriate doctors which of course stimulating the economy. Re-enstating jobs of the homeless as follows: ●positions to clean up the areas in which they've been the cause of. ● three strikes in place,when rules aren't followed. Given warnings once the third they must be relocated OUT of Fairfield. ●those integrated back in society can possibly become embassedors in the process.. Kidder Ave should be paved from corner to corner. There are good working families here,why should it be neglected? All this is possible 🎉 There's many military families on/off base veterans that want a better looking Fairfield California. First the internal work housing. More police present as well.🎉
