You start off with the small first then get bigger. You can also build it up on the table then apply all at once but roll out the the build of resin and bubbles
I had to do that on a few larger pieces. Wet them on the table before applying. Debated, but I decided to go biggest to smallest, with one larger patch on top.
I use a 4 inch grinder with a sanding flapper disc with 80 and 40 grit. also a rigid orbital sander with 40 grit. I would consider a complete glass and epoxy barrier coat when to many blisters.
I have those in my wheelhouse too. The flapper discs are great. Thanks for the recommendations. The barrier coats will be a two-part self priming epoxy to 10 mils.
