I am SPEECHLESS! The vocals by Point North are absolutely phenomenal! The first 2 drops are pleasing and really set the mood. However, that 3rd drop? ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! This isn't as good as Take It Back (That says nothing though, it's my 2nd favorite Monstercat song), but still another masterpiece from Fairlane this year!

Fairlane has a lot of recognition, in my opinion an amazing talent, this song in collaboration with Point North's debuts for the first time is absolutely dope, sounds pretty amazing both the instruments, the sound style and the vocal. This deserve BO2024, it's the best collab song so far! 🔥👌🏼😃

I love Fairlane's production value in his music. Like it could come off as poppy to some but it's just poppy enough to be relatable. .There's some sort of pain in it that I can see myself in that brings a level of realism to the songs. I love it. It's kinda like his release Hypnotize (w/ Grant) in a sense. (PS listening to this while 70% drunk is pretty good, i can't wait to listen to this sober)

Small, trivial critic related to "Not My Night" for Farlane and Point North: The 2-semitone key change from G minor to A minor is unexpected! Everything is great and all that, but the only thing that interrupts the flow and also an important highlight is the key change itself. I am very neutral about how the moods change abruptly from serious (G min, relatively A# maj, just the classic serious vibe) to bittersweet (A min, relatively C maj, close to happy / gleeful / joyful mood). Yet, such off-key change can still fit in the song which is very impressive by itself although it does not suit my taste (and that's okay too, everyone has their preferences :D ). Despite the sudden change in tones, the overall production and the performance from them are still awesome and suits well with the melodic theme! Very cool song! :D Edit: "...such [off-key] change...", I missed an important word.
