the design oozes sophistication without being loud -warm yet commanding respect -simple and regal in the same breath.

Love the design of this house, the architect must have been having a very good day when he designed this, i like the wood cladding on the exterior it makes the house blend in with nature and the surrounding trees. Also inside I love the rich beige, brown and cream colour scheme, it make's the interior very warm and cosy. ❤️💚❤️

This house went for "only" £3m? That sounds like a bargain considering just a garage in London can go for £1m

Wow this home is lovely. I'd love this house. Mind you after loseing my home and haveing 16 years of hell on Earth I've wrongly been subjected to I'd take any home that was mine. Never to feel the pain of repossession and homelessness ever again.

Its funny.. It looks like a dream house, and it is for most people... Until you live there... I'm in a similar house right now in Malaysia. We had around 50 guests yesterday and it still felt too big. I didn't think I'd feel that way about big houses.

Have seen a few luxury home videos, and yes, the price difference between the North and South of the country, and all the variants in between, are absolutely shocking. As seen here, you can buy a mansion in Nottingham for a price that would only get you a shoebox in London and outskirts. Price is always driven by demand. If people weren't willing to pay those London prices, they would come down. It's perverse in many ways, and especially when COVID19 has shown us we can work online from any location. Saw a report recently about real estate agents offering luxury accomodation in Dubai for really attractive prices for those who work online but would enjoy a bit of sun and luxury. Great idea...

When I were looking for a house I came across this and it said POA as the price, I was only looking for a 1bed flat so I booked a viewing to see the price and it was 10m£

These houses look amazing but I’ve worked on one these houses after completion as the buyer had a few concerns, I’m a electrical contractor and the workmanship was very very poor and dangerously shoddy after looking around at other work carried out in these properties i.e plumbing, joinery etc, these were also very poor.

Amazed that Briton's can build like this.Living in Notts many years n never seen good constructed property, even normal European style windows is something unusual here lol.
