So most if not all of Fairouz's songs were composed by her late husband and then as far as I know only one of her sons kept the legacy going even in some concerts he would accompany her on the piano

"Ya Hala Ya Habibi" is a gorgeous track by her. If you are interested in World music reactions try, Omar Khorshid , Mahlathini & The Mahotella Queens, The Four Brothers, The Lulu's Band, Kanda Bongo Man, Diblo Dibala. There's so many I could name. Another female Arabic singer I like is Shiraz, maybe try Rosa Eskenazi too. If you want some punkier alternative music suggestions I have plenty of those too, as you enjoy translation you should try Welsh language band Datblygu, possibly my favourite band ever.
