Okay so I haven't watched the video yet! I saw the photo in a RU-vid story you posted and I thought this would be really cute for my sailor moon makeup for my Halloween costume. It's Friday the 13th I'm home, I was like I'm gonna practice makeup tonight.... BUT I this for my Halloween costume for work (I work at a high school, we're having a Halloween dance I'm decorating and chaperoning) So I'll have about and an hour, hour and a half to get this eye done and get in full sailor moon drag!!! But I love your tutorials, we're around the same complexion... SO I'm like I'm trusting you!!!! Let me master this as fast as you did it in the video.
