She's referring to the war with Alvarez because Zeref dubbed it the Dragon King Festival when he challenged Acnologia. But the Eclipse situation and the conflict 400 years ago have also been referred to as that. The White Wizard was Athena, from the previous Arc. But when Duke took her to join Gold Owl, Faris, who had been recruited by Selene as part of her plans against the Dragon Gods, posessed the Exceed Touka so she could use her dimension hopping Magic Aqua Aera to travel to Earth-Land. Faris was part of a Village of priests and priestesses who used White Magic to keep Elentear's overflowing Magic from destroying the world. So she used this White Magic to take over the cult Rebellious, formed of those who worshipped Athena, taking on the identity and title of the White Wizard as a result. In the process of taking over Rebellious, she was warped by their ideals, hence she pursued their goals. Also, while possessing Touka, Faris used Transformation Magic to appear human and that's why in the early Chapters "Touka" resembled Faris. But occasionally, when Touka would regain control, her cat tail would peak out. When Fairy Tail saved Elentear, Faris stayed there. And Athena is living with Elefseria in Athena II's body. But just as Earth-Land and Edolas have counterparts, maybe Elentear does as well and this is Earth-Land's Faris? But the Acnologia bit is still hard to theorize on.
