Don’t let that temporary hardship make you forget that, the same God that brought you through last time, is the same God that’s going to bring you through this time!!! Stay the course, God have not forgotten about you!

I ask God in my daily prayers on what He wants me to do, what do I need to work on, who should I serve while I wait.

I am in the waiting season. It is challenging. Heal my unbelief LORD

Waiting is not easy cause sometimes it feel like everyone lives are moving and yours is moving back but this is really encouraging

If God has ever been good, He is especially right now, sending me this and having you all post this right now. He knows exactly what I need and I’m in absolute awe of Him for it. LORD you are good all the TIME 🕰️

In my waiting season, I am finding so much rest in God. He is developing me in such an undescribable way during this time and how much our relationship has evolved and my prayer and heart posture has matured. God is so good, and I anticipate the future he has for me. I thank him for everything he has done and redeemed from GOD IS SO GOOD

Waiting for a Godly spouse

Jess Connolly was speaking right at me! A couple hours before watching this, I was encouraging another Stay at Home Mompreneur that the best is yet to come, and although these are challenging days, the best can be here now too! So when Jess shared her story I was just floored and brought to immediate tears that God not only saw me in that moment but He confirmed everything He has spoken to and shared with my heart. I will continue to wait well, in progress and great expectations, but not in anxiety for the promises God has for me. I'm already living in many of the prayers and promises of the past. He was faithful then, and He is faithful now ❤

I was reading where the Hebrew word for "Wait is Qavah" which not only means to look expectantly for, but it also means to twist, bind or tie together so as to make stronger or increase the strength of. In Hosea chapter 2 the Lord said he led rebellious Israel into the wilderness to restore her to himself so that when she finally emerged, she would no longer call him Master but Husband. In the wilderness, the testing, the waiting, Israel would become tied, twisted, bound to her Lord in marriage, in love. Waiting seasons are God's courting seasons. It is when God draws us aside in intimacy so he can speak tenderly to us (Hosea 2:14 NIV). It is where God reveals himself to us so we may know him as we are known. Waiting is where spirit of our mind (which is our strength) is renewed so we may walk without growing weary and run without fainting.

Waiting is hard and painful and I absolutely hate it. I will not convince myself that I don't feel the weight of this season....but I DO trust that God IS doing something. Walk me through this, God. Cover and comfort me in the waiting. And help me not to be so worried about why you're doing it and focus more on the idea of what You're doing in and through me.

This helped me so much. I’ve been lost in a season of waiting and wanting to know answers, but this has helped me realize that God’s will, will get done in HIS timing, not ours. We need these seasons of waiting in order to find God and develop our skills and gifts in order to show HIM to the world. He prepares us to be content where we are because we know that he will take care of us regardless of the trials and tribulations we go though.

Thank you. I currently find myself in a long waiting season. Where all my fleshly attempts have come to nil. Change. Direction. Vision. Purpose. Divine countenance. Many are called but few are chosen. But I hear Him whispering something about "calling" - I have never been in such a turning point that everything of this world has been taken from me, and I find myself in this place with God as if everything has been stripped from, and off me - that pruning, and burning season. I have nothing but God to hold onto now. Although I lost everything, I gained everything in Him. Yes, losing all my earthly possessions came through someone I helped from a place of compassion, and wanting to help. But I know my Father, and He knows me, every thought, every fear and doubt, every weakness, every sin but still He comes for me, and beckons His love call toward me, like a beckon radianting it's love, and light in the dark. I have been in my most recent “waiting season” in life for about 2 months now. I made a commitment to read my Bible, pray more and actually act like a Child of God! Sometimes my flesh still goes weak but I know that I am better and more prepared than I was before when I wanted to control my own narrative in life. Please Wait on the Lord!! I have had bad neighbours most of my life. But I have prayed and don't understand why it keeps happening.

How do you know what your role is in the waiting season? For example, creating sticky notes of scriptures and writing in the waiting season… I feel so stuck in my waiting season and unsure what I need to be doing that’s not going to become me finding my own solution.
