Just a guess but from what I can recall Trent and NIN were aholes to a lot of bands back in the day. I'm assuming maybe Mike was just messing with him in retaliation or trent was complaining about FNM set being too long
It was a festival and Nine Inch Nails were on the next stage ready to go. Mike Patton was asking asking Trent Reznor if they could have more time, somewhat jokingly i think.
