This song is all about family and I love singing this tune with my sister-in-law! Thank you Kaity for your beautiful voice and your beautiful being! I Also thought this appropriate in light of the Cory Monteith tragedy. This song expresses the difficulties of a life of a struggling musician. It's not easy. But we find the moments that make it so worth it. Singing this is one of those!

I have searched RU-vid for covers of this Journey claasic and, most of the time, I am underwhelmed by most of those covers. Even the covers where the singer has a good range, feel so lifeless. This rendition was just superb, and really captures the emotional power of the original song. The vocalization and piano playing were excellent. Its hard to believe, as of me writing this, that it has been 10 years since you published this and I am just finding out about it now. Sometimes you have to be thankful to the RU-vid algorithm for occasional presenting you with these musical treasures!

This caught me a little off guard :) Looked like 2 pretty ladies at a family holiday party were going to entertain granny and about 1/3 of the way through this I'm glued to it ready to fling my pants out the office window. This is my favorite cover of this song.
