I live in Dubai for the last 13 Years. Its really a great place to live and work. So far Ustadi Kabab is concern its really very delicious. Even Shiekh Muhammad sometime comes here to enjoy their fantastic food. Its located in Mena Bazar close to Musalla Tower.

Dubai is the best place to learn for Pakistanis for several reasons. First, so many ordinary Pakistanis have been to Dubai and since seeing is believing, which makes it easier to understand. Second, so many ordinary Pakistanis live and work in Dubai which is a proof of concept that good governance can put fear of God in hearts, kindness in actions and shame in eyes of anyone ! Third, since it takes roughly the same time flying to Dubai from Karachi compared to flying to Islamabad from Karachi so there is nothing wrong geographically. It is really sad that such a gifted country like Pakistan has become what it has become.

Always a treat to listen to Faizan who has solid knowledge of cars. Personal choice, I don't like big wheel with low profile tires, the tires should have ample sidewalls to get the right proportions and real world driving safety, comfort and longevity.
