I hate scammers... but my god are people stupid. She bought a supposedly 900 pound mattress for 130 and thought it was real. When she found out she got scammed she called the scammer to return it and was surprised he hung up on her.

The little boy whose eye was damaged by the laser, is so articulate for his age. I really hope his eye heals eventually.

It's one thing to fake a purse, it's entirely different to fake a safety harness or tourniquet. That's crossing a line.

Uk customs officer should be more careful handling these kinds of products specifically coming from overseas country ........because counterfeit goods not only harm the economy of our country it's also more hazardous to our health.

My ex wife and I were the process of moving the last of her stuff out, and we were in the front garden when a white van pulled up, the driver went across the road, knocked on the door of an empty house then came over to us. “I have a delivery for ....(he gave the correct name for the previous tenant of the house). Do you know when they’ll be back” I told him they’re not coming back, they did a moonlight exit one night when a series of debt collectors started knocking on the door. He said he had a double and a single mattress for them. It was on credit and had been part paid for already, he asked if we wanted to purchase either of them. I was suspicious and was about to tell him to sod off. My ex wife on the other hand needed a mattress. He made a call and said that his boss said to bring the order back. He explained that the original buyer had done a runner and was probably unlikely to pay the rest of the money. He said to my ex, he could sell it for £250. He didn’t tell us what brand it was, he didn’t have any idea how much the mattress was supposed to cost, he just said it was a double mattress and seemed ok. My wife went to the ATM down the road and got the money out, the white van man even helped my ex take her stuff to her house in HIS van because he was taking her new mattress to her new home. When I checked out the company later, they were a furniture warehouse that operated on the internet. Apparently the mattress was pretty good, clearly a cheaper one, but it wasn’t sold as anything other than a cheap mattress. She had it for about 5 years before upgrading to a larger bed. She was really lucky

Kid shines laser into his eye, eye is damaged. It's the fault of the person making strong lasers that he was injured and not his or his mother's fault for him shining a laser directly into his eye. As if lasers are meant to be safe for the eyes to begin with. Seems legit

i remember buying a matress from a van. Because I knew they were fake I managed to bargain one for 30 pound. As for the lasers, so what if they are powerful. Regardless of whether they are powerful of not, just because some people misuse them, why should I lose my liberty to a good powerful laser.

Here in NYC you're bound to see men in vans with a dozen dirty old mattresses on top riding around. They sell them to companies that spray them and throw a new layer of fabric over top and then sell them as new or "refurbished." Never buy from mom and pop mattress shops or online ads.

I would never use meet and greet parking at Gatwick. I always take and collect my car to and from secure parking myself and see it checked in safely and use their shuttle bus to get to and from the airport.

I say bogus crash test - no airbags, steering wheel or dashboard. If I were in a crash where the entire front end of my vehicle suddenly went missing, I doubt my harness would make of a difference in the end. The fake harness may still have failed, but not resulting in the injuries that bogus crash test showed. I love it when people make their own truths and sell it like..."this could really happen"
