The person who is having 10+ years of exp u are telling...that person may be done magic in his or her starting 1 to 3 years...based on the milestones reaching they will purely go in to the management and working few more tasks accordingly to there exp so they can't impress any one again by going to their past....see with out doing that magics they can't survive till 10+ years in any field....also managing infront of stakeholders, handling production issues is not so easy for this 1 to 2 years person who does magicsss....if some thing goes wrong he or she have to go out and do this magics outside of the organisation.
You are right sir, I'm also fake. I have been attending the interview for 2 years. As of now I attend 25+ interviews. Whereas I went to the 2nd round in 4 interviews only out of 25+ interviews. Even though I have been losing hope slowly. Technically I am not very good as well as communications. Before interviews I repaired well but when it comes to interviews I get scared suddenly without knowing...I don't know whether I will get an IT job or not.
