After the last program, Paul Bakerson came on the air and announced the network's shutdown. After seconds of being off the air, GoAnimate Kids Channel was plugged in, and started programming.
GoAnimate Kids Channel, shortly after launch, TimeWarner pulled out of the venture, leaving GoAnimate, Inc. and Viacom, Inc. in charge of the channel's operations.
