Wow bro I just tried it by myself 😄 and it works so well. I just created the look I was looking for. This was the best tutorial I've seen since a long long time! 🔥🔥 Subscribed. I even think it is sometimes better than getting a filter, because you're completely in control in the post processing on the amount of the effect you wanna get! If I would buy a filter (maybe I will in the near future) I could mess up some shot's and there will not be a way back.. But doing it in post it just blowed my mind how well this worked out😍👏👏👏 Thanks for the video, you made my life a lot easier!
This is the kind of feel and softness I like. The student DPs at the school I attended wanted everything so sharp & the product afterwards looked like a newscast - I could never get it across to them that the softer image gave a better result & feel to the film. Super video, thanks Tava.
This effect is great but what’s it look like next to an actual filter? And if you are duplicating the clips to add the blur effect would that double the size of your project file?
