@@user-to9go8zf2d Yes Nykaa sells original products but I stopped buying from them because I received damaged products back to back and customer service was bad. People are very rude. So never shopped from Nykaa after such a bad experience.
@@user-to9go8zf2d Some of nykaa products are fake. I received fake maybelline compact powder and vinyl lipstick recently. The compact powder's seal was already open and even had finger print as if someone swatched it and had dug their finger nails to take out a small scoop of product. The color and formula was also off when i compared with my previous product. Vinyl lipstick felt like glue on my lips. Did not like the feel of it. God know the other products were authentic or not because i always buy from them.

Thanks for the requested video Nipun, much needed. I buy generally from the brand store, also from Nykaa, Foxy. I found Foxy to be very good regarding deals. Amazon nowadays have some online official sellers for products like Face Shop, Beauty of Josean etc. I got this info from Amazon Customer Care. In addition ,i always look for Amazon fullfilled product deliveries to make sure that i get autgentic items. I ordered some products. And had a good experience

Maam, even I did the same thing twice by contacting the brands directly by emailing them, and they helped me to identify the authentic sellers on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. The brands were Simple and Beauty Love and Planet. At least after that, I was relieved that I'm getting genuine products.🙌🏻

I usually purchase from Nykaa for mostly expensive products, Amazon and brands website for additional discount. For Korean products, I prefer Maccaron. I don't prefer Flipkart as I have experienced of getting duplicate products and plus their customer support is pathetic.
