This has practically made my mind up to get the fake one. Genuine shirts are obscenely priced. I bet they're costing as much to produce as the fake ones too.
Lovely video, bruv! Makes more sense to buy a "fake"; the cost of making a this one vs an original one is probably the same. Here in India, with footy becoming popular day by day, more folks are buying their favourite jerseys. They do turn to the copies, because many can't afford the real ones. Nobody can even tell whether something's real or fake unless it's very obvious. Informative, as always. Thanks, mate!
You can tell by the crest but man the fake ones are getting better and better especially when the REAL ONE is also made in Thailand. Adidas I swear there is no actual difference
@@Matanumi I too compared a real and a fake and I struggled to find a difference! I'm damn sure that making a real and a fake cost the same too. The fake ones are cheaper because there's no sponsor costs, dealers cut, taxes, etc.
I think the right one is real, just because on the left the blue colour seems a little more over-saturated. And the left one hangs a little bit more "folded up" which suggests a thinner material. So the left is the unofficial kit is my guess. But it's nearly impossible to tell and I could be completely wrong.... EDIT - no way I got it wrong. That's hilarious. Well done guys
You can always tell fake white shirts by the quality in thickness. How much you can see the hanger in your comparison pictures was the giveaway. Having said that, I have home and away fake player version shirts, because why wouldn’t you? £35 vs £240…..
Nice videos man, I got my england away shirt today and honestly thought it was genuine because it looked so gd until i see the same packaging label from my shirt on a fake shirt website and i was damn ive bought a fake on ebay for £30 but tbh id rather pay that instead of 85 😮😅 and like you said in this vid other than some stitching errors there is nothing wrong with the shirts 😂 (also im gonna sub to your channel 😀)
@Faux-4-2 yeah it pissed me off too but that's ebay for ya I guess, keep up the gd work man, also I bought a shirt from that website you mentioned, how long did it take for yours to arrive? Cheers dude 👍
1:10 number 1 way to tell is the thickness of the chrest Number 2 is where the wash tags are it should have a Nike symbol and tell you if what size it is. fake ones don't say the size
Went for home and a way on DHgate for £30 for both including P&P and can't tell the difference between original or fake and I got player version which retails at £120
£15 for home and £15 away XL on DHgate and child ones are the same price and good quality , how can the english FA and Nike justify to ask a person to pay out £85 for fan version and £120 version and that's without a name and number it's disgusting
so im funding criminals if i buy a 15 quid fake one but a official one is 85 quid no real difference im finding it hard to tell witch one is the criminal
Do you think Nike there staff in Cambodia who make the shirts a good chunk out of that £80 ? There all criminal but right now for me I'm thinking about myself and my lad when I buy shirts I couldn't afford to get him a shirt every month however with the fakes I can
If you want a more accurate comparison you could do measurements on the same size. Chest, length etc. as I always cringe when you say they are the same size as XXL from Kitgg is smaller than XL regularly when I buy
How do they compare when worn? I’ve not got a real one to compare, but I struggled to get my head through the neck hole on my fake. I was worried I was going to rip it.
Sorry misread it pal..I haven't seen a difference to be honest one ald commented on a low neck line for a shirt he bought but I can't say they feel any different
I sell the fakes and there's literally no difference apart from the stupid price difference. I bought 3 original shirts from sports direct for comparison and just to educate myself. The stitching and loose thread on the original was horrendous. He's right the material feels a bit differant but nothing in it really. The xlarge official was massive. Considering the two prices the fake versions the real winner. When it's a mass produced shirt like a national team or let's say from the prem Liverpool or manure then it's really the price that's the only real differance.
No dude there IS a difference. Its usually the sitching and especially the feeling of the badge. Fakes are also a bit tighter fitting always. Not as comfy
Why does our new kit look shxt it looks fake asf badge with lions is double the size it looks fake asf personally came out of my own time during the final to make a review on how shxt the new home kit looks far from appealing to the eye 😂😂i refused to buy it😂its supposed to have a lil shiny square at the bottom to prove its real it looks fake asf i feel the fans got scammed on this kit ngl😂
I rarely buy a current season (or next season) shirt. I would never pay £85 for a genuine, or £12 for a fake. I'd rather buy a used shirt from Classic Football Shirts, for like £20-£25
A used shirt from classic football shirts will cost a lot more than 25-30 they’re a rip off and they’ve been called out on using fake name sets on high value shirts
Both shirts come from same factory. Get paid the same. But nike charge you alot as they make small profits per shirt whereas 'fake' come direct from factory and cuts out middeman
@@Faux-4-2 I’ve watched a couple but didn’t get a website. Only one I saw floated about was D Gate. If you’re taking time to reply you could’ve just answered the question 😂
