Honestly it's amazing how this song brought in a whole lot of creativity with awesome new fan designs for fakers for other characters outside of Sonic. My favorites are BF and Mommy Mearest!
Quite frankly, Faker BF is the best one by far. Discolored, slightly altered poses that show possible mal-intent, etc. He even has the overly simple, incorrect design like Faker Sonic. Everyone else just felt like they had their mouths removed in the idle, got a darker color pallet and that's it.

I think it's more out of fear for it being deleted or gone. Keep in mind some people don't really focus to much on the news so once they hear a mod could potentially be removed they try to keep it's memory alive somehow.
I’m actually kinda glad that you didn’t add Pico’s clone because, not that I want to sound offensive but if I am being honest, his voice literally sounds like distorted sounds that actually can’t fit into the music.
