Need of the hour is to convert it into LHB and end its rake sharing with Ajanta express. Because of the delay of falaknuma express, passengers of Ajanta are suffering daily delays

Thank You Satya Bhai for showing the issues faced by common people not only in General/Sleeper but also in the AC tiers. We really need additional trains between Kolkata & Hyderabad. I am going to write to Railways Minister to start a high speed train like Vande Bharat Sleeper between these two cities. Apart from people who travel for jobs or visiting family there are many people who travel for health checkups to LV Prasad and other hospitals..

Welcome to West Bengal brother ❤ . 43:33 - A Minor correction.. Howrah is the largest railway station of india... not busiest... And it has 23 platforms.. not 24 PF 1-15 comes under Old Complex and 17-23 is New Complex. PF 16 is not available for passengers and is used for postal services.. PF 1-5 is usually alloted for Eastern Railway suburban EMU locals... 6-12 is for ER Superfast/Express trains... PF 13-15 is for South Eastern Suburban Local Trains and New Complex is dedicated for South Eastern Superfast/Express trains

During my time in 1970's, only one train used to run from Secunderabad to Howrah by name East Coast Express dep at 6 am daily. I traveled by this train for 6 years to to Assam Mariani Junction.

Lived for 14 years in Hyderabad and could never able to get a single confirm ticket ever in Falaknuma. I always had to settle for East coast Express. I always thought this route should get more trains. 2 daily trains isn't enough for this route. SEC - SHALIMAR AC EXP is the only other train that runs but that too once in a week and on top of that with a weird timing. In addition to that LHB racks are definitely required.

On 2nd July I and my wife was travelling from Balasore to Howrah.The train was initially one and a half hour late.But on the way it double.Finally we reached Howrah at 20:15 hours instead of 17:30 hours.

It's always better not to travel in sleeper if the train is traveling to North India especially Bihar UP West Bengal Chattisgarh Jharkhand and Odisha I know this pain, personal experience😢😢😢
