These are still early days of Tekken 8 so expect the landscape to change in coming years. Will Pakistan keep dominating like in Tekken 7? Only time will tell. But they will be preparing hard, that's for sure.

Bryan doesn't do well under pressure and Jimmy was playing too defensively. JimmyJ is my favourite player but damn Atif is just a fuckin monster. I hope he takes the tournament

@@funkrates4778 yeah especially on the first round when he side walked the running 2 and dropped the combo due to the stupid camera angle. But seeing how Atif was so offensive and Jimmy playing safe and defensive because Bryan doesn't do well against pressure, Atif would've won regardless. But damn it was nice seeing Jimmy again. He's my favourite of all time and he's the reason I've been maining Bryan since 2019

@@FollowTheDamnTrain0 yeah. I agree. It was nice. It’s crazy because Atif took out the two players I was rooting for: Jimmy and Nobi. The way Atif was playing reminded me of lower ranked play: power crush, heat, heat smash, just constantly pressing. Hyper aggressive. Obviously he’s light years better than low ranked players, but that play style is a good strategy. It’s why good players will tend to lose a round when they play in the lower ranks. You don’t expect that hyper aggression. It’s why you have to play different to beat them. Anyway, just my opinion, but I hope we see more of Jimmy. If he took this more seriously, he could probably win some events I think.
