I own World Suite 2 but never imagined anyone could create the sort of 'sci-fi other worldly' soundscapes that the presenter does here. Hugely impressive. That said, such are the power of the audio editing tools inside Falcon you could probably turn a soprano mouse fart into a baritone whale-song mantra drone within seconds.
Impressive tool, and impressive knowledge to make us understand wideness capability of Falcon working together with any other UVI library/expansion! Thanks a lot 😎
Thanks Nate, I have quite a few of UVI’s excellent sound packs, and I didn’t realise that I would be able to open them up in new ways using Falcon... I’ll be picking it up when UVI drops their next deal for sure!
There is a deal, available today, till midnight. 35%, -100€, quite a good one. I'm on it, it's been a while i wanna grab this WS2 and it seems a good deal watching this video at the same moment. Thanks Marula for this one, nice exemples of the potential inside Falcon.
Thanks Nate! Great and inspiring ways of using Falcon 2 to manipulate the samples. Spend some time with it and one can truly be amazed of the possibilities. But to get musically workable results on a high level... unreal amount of time is needed in the process 🙂.
I love my Falcon2. Great video Nate. The Euclidian sequencer is very cool. Love this library too. Got IRCAM Solo Instruments the other day - which is also excellent for this type of editing. I hope to see more videos by you on Falcon sound design. Thanks for this one.
You and Falcon keep amazing me. I got inspired to open up my current sound libraries as well and dig deeper in what I have instead of what I could buy. Thanks!
Falcon is my most priz(c)ed possession for music production... not having a lot of money I figured that having an isntrument that could do almost EVERYTHING like it would have been a smart choice instead of going for many different things and I never regretted it... with the voucher I got with it I got WS2 last black friday so this video felt like it was specifically for me xD And yeah.,. of course I knew about Falcon because of your videos :)
Awesome, great to hear. Yeah I don't think I've ever come across anything aside from Reaktor and Halion that can literally cover pretty much any sound you can think of. Aside from my Uhe stuff, it's my favorite synth.
I'm loving your videos and am inspired by the capabilities of Falcon. But now that I have Falcon, I'm overwhelmed by its complexity. Would you consider doing some videos about the BASICS of Falcon/Falcon for beginners....? Even the videos from UVI seem like they're designed more to amaze than to really understand how it works and how to get comfortable using it.
That was amazing, one of the most inspiring things I have heard. Probably too much above my pay grade in terms of skill level, but still tempting me to buy Falcon. Subscribed.
Hi, not directly related to Falcon, but I was wondering if you could recommend a specific course to learn to play the keyboard the way you do, thanks for your help
I just got WS2 and you have opened my eyes/ears to a whole new sonic playground. Now I just need Falcon to be on sale! Can you edit the actual scripts inside WS2 or just disable them and use its samples/loops with your own designs?
Those sound banks, is that the world suite or did you purchase them individually? I have the falcon that came with pro tools, will they also load on that version or will I have to purchase the full version of falcon UVI?
World suite is a seperate library... I'm not sure about your version of Falcon, but they will also run in the free UVI Workstation player too. You don't actually require falcon to use them unless you want to be doing deeper editing to these instruments.
A lot of good stuff with uvi. You can go really Deep and create what you want, but Falcon 2 is just too complex for me. When I Will produce enough good music I Will considering it.
