Brandon and Mark were way wrong in that. The reason that you run it there is literally what played out. The chance for a drop is the exact scenario you’re trying to avoid. You run 40 more seconds off the clock.
@@horntj77 Especially since the Falcons scored with 34 seconds to go. Imagine if after that deep pass to the 12 there was only 15 seconds left vs 55 seconds left. Big Cat is right, that definitely changes your stress level as the offense and also might change your play calls.

Falcons fan. Happy we got to contribute to a Max meltdown. Also it definitely felt like we were an FCS school just there for the show but we’ve definitely earned that over the years.

34 seconds left on the clock when the falcons scored. If they run that ball and run 40 seconds off the clock at least once it makes it WAY harder for the falcons to march down that field. Not to mention the drops stat for Saquon. Big Cat and PFT are right
