I guess the falcons found some inspiration from the Braves winning the World Series. When you get knocked down, be ready to get right back up and get the job done, and they certainly did that after the Saints came back in the 4th quarter

The Falcons needed this for the sake of their own dignity. Losing a game on a comeback by Trevor Simien would have been the most embarrassing collapse of all.

Arthur Smith and our defense are doing everything they can to lose us game while Matt Ryan and Coradelle are trying to carry this team. Idk why Matt Ryan can't just call the offense plays himself instead of Smith. Smith in 4th and inches decides to run the ball 5 yards deep instead of just QB sneaking it.

What a game by Russell Gage. If I had to pick a early season🥇 MVP Cordarelle Patterson would get my vote though. Not only has he been highly significant in run game, but also showing his true ability to become an every down threat catching the football downfield. Kamara runs so hard when Saints need him. I don't know much about these New Orleans receivers but hopefully they continue to improve. And Trevor Siemiean good work from the passing pocket. This loss hurts them a bit but NFC South has shown how physical teams can really be. All about Matty Ice for Atlanta Falcons. So happy they finished this performance with a narrow victory. Kyle Pitts, A.J. Terrell and Deion Jones truly proud of what you players have been able to accomplish.👏👍🏈🏈🙏⭐⭐⭐

Falcons stay givin their fans mini Heart attacks

In addition to a handful of other plays, that throw under duress from Ryan to Zaccheus for a TD was pretty special.

This was a close and heart-wrenching game. Props to the Falcons for getting the win and getting back to .500. The remainder of their schedule looks okay. With how bad the NFC is, you never know where the Falcons could end up in two months. They have a tough game against the Cowboys next week but they got beat by the Broncos today so you never know. The Saints meanwhile have a tough road to trod during the rest of the season with Jameis out for the rest of the year. They have an interesting game against a Titans team that lost Derrick Henry for the year. As it currently stands, the Saints are a playoff team, but if they want to stay like that, they need to keep the pressure on.

As the Saints were driving to get the go-ahead touchdown in the last minutes, I was making a vow that if the Falcons lose this game by choking again, I would never watch another Falcons game this year. Fortunately, Ryan, Patterson, and Koo came through.

Falcons with a big road win against a division rival. If they could string some wins together, they might have a shot at a wild card. Bucs are winning the NFC South this year without a doubt though.

Can we give Atlanta credit for constantly being in close, competitive games and winning most of them at this point? I know their legacy is blowing leads but now they're starting to win more often than not. It's not like 2020 when they went 4-12
