Ive been an insomniac for the last 15 years. Ive tried just about ebery method and medicine outside of harder prescription drugs to try and sleep, but nothing has worked. Admittedly, after coming across this video I was highly skeptical. To my shock, you put me to sleep, not just once, but consistently. I watch this video nearly every night.
