The reason it's so difficult for Americans to get all their nutrients from their diet is due to healthy options being so expensive. We live in a day and age where getting your nutrients from supplements is in some ways more financially viable then getting it from food sources. Supplements are certainly used more these days to fill nutritional gaps. We live in a society that cares more about profit than the wellbeing of our population. Food is a basic human need, society could certainly use a rebalance in this sector to balance profit with the health and wellbeing of society.

And for your makeup, never blend your bronzer/contour down - it's always upward and out and only on the high points of your face. I was taught by a makeup artist at MAC to go with a lighter color/amount on your forehead.
