I love cran woods, my favorite label was the 2013 with the deep burgundy berry wreath laced with dried orange slices, pomegranates and acorns. This was always my November candle and yes, I haven’t purchased it in years because as you said the depth of the fragrance was removed. I’ll get my hands on this one, even if it’s the “reformulated” version
I bought Fresh Roasted Coffee the other day & I think it’s going back. I got puny wicks on the first burn & didn’t find it to be as strong as Paris Cafe.
Mine was awful too and the wicks were puny after the first hour. Subsequent burns were the same so never really got to smell the coffee with a good hot burn.
Like you, I burn Paris Cafe here and there so it lasts a long while. I did smell Freshly Brewed Coffee in store and found it to be rather generic and redundant so I left it there. Mixed Berry Crumble smelled similar, although not quite as good to me, as the Happy Hanukkah and Wildberry Jam Donut, both of which I still have so didn’t need this one. Thanks for your thoughts on these four candles.✌
I’ve burned Freshly BC three times now. The wicks are awful, after the first hour they were tiny and it took forever to melt across. Subsequent burns are the same, hardly a decent scent to smell. I asked on a US group about this and got several negative opinions as to performance. Let us know what you think when you burn it. Paris Cafe is in another league regarding performance. Pauline UK.
