Although I don’t particularly like the colour of your worktops, they do go beautifully with the bricks and style of your kitchen. I think when then are covered in peel and stick it always looks tacky. Loving your videos.
The garland Is absolutely gorgeous!😍❤🥰 and seriously the countertops look perfect the way they are they blend well with the brick. Such a cute kitchen! Love the stlye.
seeing the 'final' product, I actually like the color of the original countertops now... it works well with what you've added and works perfectly for fall... As for your finale, I find it easier to be defiant with coffee... 🙂
I wouldn't usually be a fan of those countertops, but I feel with the lovely job you did decorating that they've become more invisible if that makes any sense.
If you are set on changing the countertops, try a painting kit from a big box hardware store. You can find videos of decorators who painted their countertops.
Where in the world do you find a hops garland. How innovative and beautiful! I just found your channel and I love your style. As far as your countertop is concerned it’s not THAT bad. Embrace it and live with it.😀
The hops garland is stunning!! I love Lydia as well and thought of her immediately when I saw this! Also…the final scene! 😂 I absolutely adore your filming style! As for the countertops…I totally get why your first instinct is to cover them…mine would be too. But maybe leave them for now…especially with fall approaching. Finding the perfect pieces to style them may change your opinion too! Anywho….great video!!!
I can not understand how the hops were in that box and yet look so big and fluffy! 🤯 I too have enjoyed the hops in Lydia’s kitchen. On your countertops…I have real marble countertops and love them, however, yours are not that bad, especially styled for fall. I think the durability and practicality of what you have versus the fussiness of the contact paper may not be worth the trade off for the look. Lean into them and as you have done, add marble with your accessories. That being said, I’m still here for you whether you have brown countertops or contact paper marble ones. 😁 I know how it feels to get a bee in your bonnet. Overall, it’s YOUR house…do what you enjoy most. 👍🏻
I love the color scheme you have already. The countertops flow with everything else. Especially the bricks! Gorgeous. Idk about those contact paper. I think the connecting lines would bug my OCD tbh. 😁. Love your style.
counter tops look in the warm colour palette, I wouldn't change them. It would otherwise be too white. They add warmth, charm and character. You can play with the very many shades for brown, orange, beige, white, pink.. found within the specles of the countertops. I would leave them.
