Kit and pattern ordered! Fall is my favourite time of year. I am a Canadian Northwest “transplant” to Texas so I miss those wonderful Fall colours and much cooler weather. This pattern and colours just hit every “button”. LOL. Looking forward to starting this.

What a fantastic grouping of colours, it would never have crossed my mind to choose them. When I picked up the mini diamond ruler for one of your previous patterns I thought how cute but I will probably only use it once..OMG you are the Queen of the Diamond Rulers, you always come up with yet another beautiful design to use the ruler. Que ce soit triangles ou losanges ou trapèzes ? Ou bien y a t-il des situations où vous conseillez de ne pas les couper ? Merci pour votre aide ! I prefer to cut all the points off flat. It just simplifies the piecing for the rest of the quilt. There are a couple situations where it doesn't make a difference. But overall, it is the best use of time and saves on frustration!
