platforming is so precise that online play would likely be abysmal. basically the only mass multiplayer games with platforming that exist are in mmos like GW2 and FFXIV, and those are mostly built so you don't directly interact with other players

I find it pretty fun actually. Win most of the time. My strat is just to play Goal Keeper/Defense because everyone else is on Offence, and it just works.
