You cannot begin to imagine how big this was at my school. It got so extremely sweaty when its a lobby of high schoolers with functional brains who spend every free second they have playing this game. Avoid the comments if you don’t want brain damage from people who didn’t have friends.

I saw this game on the app store and thought it was a joke. I sent it to all my friends via discord originally as a joke. Since this first happened (which was almost 2 years ago) we have been competing in this game like our lives depend on it almost every single day.

i have some random info if anyone's interested: the people behind this game developed another hit game called skidstorm for mobile back in 2016-17 under a different studio called immobile games long story short they sold the game to cheetahmobile who proceeded to kill off the game miserably by 2020 then the devs went and formed kitka games initially to develop spiritual successor to skidstorm, called drift or die (this was somewhere in early 2020) they developed an online multiplayer working demo and few revisions for it but shortly after they put it on hold indefinitely citing lack of money, short time after they first put stumble guys on app stores, and now the game has absolutely blown up as the best mobile alternative for fall guys im honestly impressed with them getting as far as having added cross platform multiplayer between pc and mobile but man i still kinda wish they couldve gone forward with drift or die (or even better, never sell off skidstorm to shitty chinese company) 😭

When we used to play this on Rex's stream we would get competitive players in our games, they could surf on the sides of the waterslides and make insane jumps and dives to get places they shouldn't to win faster, it's crazy that there are people that dedicated to this game.
