We took our teardrop camper on its first-ever trip to New England, starting off in the Adirondack Mountains. Our first overnight experience in the camper was cozy and so much more comfortable than our SUV or our tent. The next day, we hiked Indian Head in the Adirondacks with our friends Kristin and Connor. This is a 10.8-mile round trip hike, but we accidentally added 3 additional miles by turning down the wrong path towards the beginning, leading us straight up a mountain. Needless to say, we could not walk after this hike! When we finally reached the top, we were blown away by the peak fall colors that Indian Head had to offer. We ended our evening with a meal at Lake Placid Pub & Brewery (Josh and I had the best chicken sandwich we’d ever eaten!).
