I am 1 month post op from a heart transplant and I listen to this every night. My new heart is beating very strong and Im not use to that. My old heart was very weak. I was just hanging on. This beautiful video has become my go-to safe place when Im having a panic attack. Ive got a little lower back massager that I put on, roll on some lavender oil, and I imagine Im sitting on the end of that bed in this lovely room. I allow the anxiety to move through me, reminding myself that Im safe, and it does the trick every time. Theres something about this room thats so inviting and soothing, and I love how cleansing the rain sounds. You can almost smell it.
