I can't I.just can't erase my mind! My anxiety is thru the roof and I am so sorry this didn't work I had such high hopes that I would fall asleep but this is 63 years of stuf. And I don't think anything would work at this point. To far gone!! Sorry I wanted this so badly I could taste it.
