I think they leave everising on, so that not so much preoaration is necessary and it maks more action-filng-Expirents. Sink about it, would take a lot of spce to change everyone who takes part in swimwear or underwear, it can easily reach 500 to 1500 people on 1 day and if they don't intentionally want to get wet for cooling reasons only about 3% will fall into the water, Which isn't a reason to worry and screm at all(you can simply remember a wet-coolin-of-experiens form last year)! 00:09 I would fall in much quicker if i get stuck or somesing else happens and wat is the heck, you can get your clothes soaking wet on such a Event anyway, but they should provide tehmed-change-packs if the weather is too cold to stay in complitly wet clothing for 25 minutes!
That's indeed surprising because nobody forces you to play this game and you have 50% chances of getting wet, so you should be mentally prepared. But I think she was surprised by the cold, freezing water and she panicked. See how she tries to swim erratically, she probably didn't expect the water that deep either, and the more she gets cold water in her face, the more she's disoriented and panicked (while she could simply walk). She may also feels humiliated. The shock of all these sudden emotions makes her cry.
