The shaken part of the shaken espressos refer to the shots of espresso. They’re shaken in ice with syrup to cool the shots and blend the flavor with the espresso. Then the milk is poured over top.

I just tried microloop extensions for the first time. I normally put in tape in extensions but I'm loving the microloop! So much easier to apply and up keep! I added some with highlights so I also have highlights without using bleach on my own hair.
I’m also a diehard square natural nail girl. I do like coffins too w/ acrylics. Too hard to file that shape uniformly. Best way to get a crispy square tip on natural nails I found is use toenail clipper & you can snip all the way across beautifully vs filing & constantly having to keep evening them out cuz it’s not straight.

Love your videos as always! I went to TJ Maxx (our TJMax has a Home Goods inside it ) and Target yesterday for the first time in forever. I spent an so much money but I was stocking up for fall and winter. So, I'm set with some new stuff to wear and coordinate with my clothes I already have. Plus, I want to redecorate my bedroom. Not sure exactly what color or colors I want to go with so I got oversized throw blankets to help me decide. Throw in a little make up and I am good to go! I love Starbucks' apple brown sugar syrup in any drink! I've gotten it in nitro cold brew, as an oatmilk latte (hot), and in the shaken espresso oatmilk drink that's on the fall menu. It's very yummy!
If you ever wanted shorter nails you could take a break from acrylic and dip- I had it happen to me where the skin under my nail grew out too long for my liking. If you’re curious look up overgrown hyponychium. I love your nails, I just couldn’t get used to them with an office job! 😅
The iced apple oat milk shaken espresso is perfect with only 2 pumps of the syrup and add caramel drizzle! No need for the pumpkin spice stuff on this drink. It's the only fall drink I've liked in years.

Omg I burnt myself out on in the stars...now I can't deal with anything with any type of fruity or champagne type scent notes.......about the #71 spray that is delicious but have u ever tried number 39 it's in a greenish bottle and omg it's super gourmand!!! It's like dessert in a mist!!! Also I'm the same girl my hair grows so fast but I will say the one true hair vitamins that I ever used that TRULY WORKED were the Hair Sweet Hair by HUM nutrition.....we have similar hair . Mine is black and natural curly and it's always around belt or butt length but once upon a time when I had to use vitamins for about two years I couldn't believe the amount of growth I got with the HAIR SWEET HAIR vitamins.....y'all I have tried LOTS and never noticed the amount of growth in length and thickness that I did with that vitamin....y'all need a hair vitamin please try it . U won't regret it!!

Omg that restaurant....it makes me wanna cry....it looks so so so delicious Taylor..I recently had to start being super strict with eating and there are absolutely ZERO HEALTHY RESTAURANT OPTIONS anywhere near my home....I'd have to go at least 50 miles to get anything remotely healthy....sucks!
hey Taylor! i know you get migraines a lot and i suffer with them as well, so i was wondering if you have tried the Cefaly? My doctor prescribed it to me and I was taking so many different meds for years, but once i started using the Cefaly device it has cut my meds down and helped so much! Some people don’t like the feeling of it, but i think it feels like a brain massage 😂 anyway, just wanted to throw that out there 🤗

Ooh thanks for the mini massager recommendation! I have a bigger one and deal with similar neck issues/cirvicogenic migraines. That one looks great! Also do you use a tens unit? I started using one in physical therapy, and it really helps with the muscle tension too ❤
