Bell Pepper & Potato Recipe:
This recipe is a very easy and quick meal that I put together when I have nothing else to make! I tried my best with the instructions so dont come at me haha! I hope you enjoy!
Serves 3-4
4 Bell Peppers (orange, red, or green work. I often buy on of each but this time I only used orange).
4 Potatoes
2 lbs Ground Beef
Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning
-Peel and cut 4 potatoes into small cubes and sauté in a skillet for about 10min.
-cut 4 Bell peppers into thin slices and add to the skillet.
-let cook for another 10-15 min until potatoes soften and season to taste with Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning or any other seasoning of your choice!
-In another skillet, add your ground beef, salt and pepper to taste and cook until brown. Transfer over to the skillet with potatoes and you’re all done!
