If you mean notes with a circle around it, you shouldn't worry about it too much, I can't even find anything on what it means and it doesn't really serve a purpose if you wanna just play along. If you mean the closed dots above a note, it means they have to be muted after playing them immediately. Hope this helps.

It means its a sustained note. After you played that note, just hold it till the next one comes
