It all looks delicious. This year I canned a chicken stew from my Ball cookbook that has meal in a jar recipes. I tried it for pot pie by adding some roux and thickening it and added some frozen peas and carrots. I had it in a pie shell in the oven in about 10 minutes.

Great video! As others have said, it's so nice to see someone so young working so hard to make delicious meals. I wish my 26 year old daughter would take an interest in cooking but I don't foresee that ever happening.

I am having so much fun watching all your videos. I agree with what you said about the sourdough, I have mine now for five years and she is going strong. I don’t measure either…some people tend to make things complicated, simple and easy is good for me. Great videos, 🇨🇦🌷

When my starter was weak I would add yeast to the recipe, it would have the flavour and the yeast would give the loaf the lift it needed to rise

I understand the amount of water in your pie crust is going to be dependent on how humid or dry you air is. Maybe I’m wrong but that’s what I was taught.
