Hey. For the brownies, you need to add one egg instead of the two. The extra egg makes it fluffier like a cake. Also, try not to over mix it. Keep at it; you got this! Thanks for sharing.

Think you’re whipping the brownie mix. It just needs a good stir not a strong mix like a cake. Also, 2 bags. I use to get them like this and I started adding 2 bags and stirring instead of mixing and they are a family favorite now.

As soon as you added the extra egg I knew it was going to be cakey. Use 1 egg, mix just until incorporated, add a little more oil than what the box says (this is important- maybe a tablespoon). They’ll come out perfect.

For the brownies, the box states 1 egg. I think you added 2. For them to be more like fudge brownies taste cook on the lower end based on the size pan you use. For example, if you used an 8x8 only bake 45 minutes as your oven might run hotter than others. Mines look like Miss Pats and that’s what I do. However, I use the Pillsbury brownie mix which calls for eggs but a 9x13 pan. And yes stir only like 50 times. Can’t wait for the next showing of the brownies ❤❣️

I use Betty Crocker brownie mix. Instead of water I use milk, eggs, and butter. I also use a rectangular aluminum pan not the disposable ones and I spray the pan with olive oil.

Hello Sherika, girl here in South Carolina we got hit hard. Helene didn’t come to play, but thank God we are good! Baking your brownies try a different pan and don’t overcook them. BTW I love your home and I too will be putting up my Christmas tree November 1st!

Heyyyyyy Sherika!!! I'm glad you all are ok. That storm looked crazy! For brownies, I use one egg, mix until everything is just combined, and then bake at 325 on the top rack in your oven. I hope this helps!

Try not to mix your brownie mixture too much. Like literally just fold the ingredients just until the everything is mixed. Then bake like the instructions say and make sure to not overbake them. You got this girl!

For the brownies, use only 1 large slightly beaten egg AND only stir/mix until it comes together. Do not over mix AND use a flat baking dish AND bake it 3-5 mins less than the box says... enjoy

I use that brand of brownies I get from Costco/Sams use on bag out of it pro tip I use extra egg yolk and I add almost half can of condensed milk they will taste like the ones on bakery trust me I got this tip from another chef well I’m self taught I didn’t go to a culinary school but I do know food (Damn Pam Foodtruck) lol when ppl eat my food they would say Damn Pam this good 😂😂😂😂 also le t th cool slow to get the top looking like I think you want it has to to the Costco box box the store box isn’t as much mix in it so I don’t know to tell you how much condensed milk to use

You’re leaving them in too long. The directions should give you the option for fudge like or cake like, as far as time goes. If not, use your toothpick to test. Probably about 5 minutes less than the time that you’re baking at. Try that and you should get the perfect brownie. Throw some walnuts or pecans in there fore an even better brownie ❤
