*Correction* at 1:00. My friend just told me he meant to say around the year 2005 instead of 2011. I had a feeling he was off when he mentioned good charlotte lol. Thanks for watching guys I’m glad y’all enjoyed this one! 🙏🖤
Just came here from Blind Channels reaction vid. This song is everything! I just cannot have enough of this. Lyrics, vocals, and ofc my passion for monsters 🖤🧛
Great reaction! Your interpretation is pretty good. The chorus is about the media hunting him and portraying him as a Monster, a liar, cheater, etc. The bridge is about him finaly snapping from the pressure and given them the monster they want. The girl is his daughter Willow. She is his anker, who centers him. Please check out the triology next: Losing my mind, Losing my Life and Drugs (in this order). After that maybe their cover of Gangsta's Paradise and Alone. By the way... the singer Ronnie Radke recorded a whole rap album a few years ago and gave it to his fans for free. Maybe you can react to one of those songs at one point. "Who can stop us now" feat. Deuce and b.LaY has a very fast part, "Fair Weather Fans" is slow but with great lyrics and a catchy hook, "Asshole" feat. Andy Biersack is funny and "Destiny" reveals many personal facts about Ronnie's background. "Devil" is kinda interesting and "Brother" very sad. "Never the same again" is also great and "I wash cars" technically maybe not perfect but a hilarious diss track. Have I mentioned that I love most of the songs of this album 🙈😅 Sorry, for getting carried away. Greetings from Germany!
Thank you and wow! That’s a lot of information, I appreciate it. I will add those to the list. Ahh yea that makes sense about the media and why the courtroom was there. Damn I almost had it! Lol loved the song
Hey Sean, Exactly! I love when artist are sincere and show their emotion. First time hearing and love it. The song is so legit!!! Love seeing you!! I can’t wait to see another of yours!!!
Your friend is right...Ronnie pretty much does everything in regards to putting a song together. I don't know who his director is for this one, but a few other songs by Falling In Reverse, the videos are directed by Ethan Lader, so he might have done this one too.
I agree, he is. Also I forgot to mention Ronnie also puts the storylines and concepts of the videos together, which is pointed out at the end of Losing My Life (it'll say Story by Ronnie Radke).
🔥🥰RONNIE🥰🔥... yesssssss new sub from me, keep digging into the rabbit hole of FIR!!! Only thing I would ask is if you could please make sure when you pause please go back a few seconds so you won’t miss anything. So excited for u to listen to the trilogy!🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
Falling In Reverse '"The Drug In Me Is You" - recognize the courtroom?... Then "The Drug In Me Is Reimagined" - also "Royal Blu" reacting to the latter - she was one of the "cellists" in the video and has some cool BTS info! (edit: Johnny Mele on drums in "Popular Monster" - making the "gunfire" beats louder!)
Literally was laughing my ass off at your sound effects and little voices to this reaction!! Great job bro! One of my favorite bands and you did this thing right! 🙏🏻
Haha your friend is right Ronnie writes all the lyrics and the music and instrumentations for all his songs he works with some of his band mates but mostly he worked with Tyler Burgess
Man, I don't know how I didn't see you reaction to this until now! Well, I followed your Hypa Hypa, but I thought I'd hit all of the Popular Monster reviews already. Nice work. This song is amazing.
3:19 if you want to hear artists singing about real shit check out Icon For Hire, their entire discography is on point. And the lead vocalists is very open and honest about her battles with depression, self harm, etc
If you want to do a reaction to something Ronnie did completely by himself react to Carry on. He does all the vocals, plays all the instruments the whole thing is just him and it really shows the raw talent dude has been a fan for 12 years
Ronnie Radke is awesome he's very much about telling the story visually as he is with his songs now I'll admit I don't like everything he does but when he hits a homerun this dude hits a homerun then that little girls his daughter it is his saving angel and I interpreted kind as he's very popular but you know he's not a Christian doesn't believe in God he doesn't conform to what everybody thinks he should be there for he's hated. He does have a checkered past been to prison and people like to bring it up and is it against him but as an artist there aren't many today that would match his talent. If you want to see where he'd really shines and shows his true versatility check out The Drug In Me Is reimagined guaranteed to blow your f****** mind
your reactions are so doooope, dude. i’m pretty sure i’ve said this before, but it’s great seeing your breakdowns of the songs you listen to! anyway, i’m really looking forward to seeing you react to zombified at some point later on also-which is the single they just released yesterday, by the way-and it will be part of an EP they’ll release later on. you simply HAVE TO check it out. some great stuff.
