The original music video was released in the summer of 1990. Paul Rudd played the character Josh in Clueless (1995), which was filmed in November and December of 1994. And recreated this music video 23 years after that??? Like, how is he possible

@@LordSkella i don't know man Yesterday my boyfriend and i went on a hike and there was a house on the trail where there was a huge truck playing Johnny cash, a lady making her dogs chase each other in one part of the yard, two people on an atv riding in circles at top speed, and a guy in a biker do-rag chasing horses in the pasture so he could jump on one, and that horse tried to kick him. There were more people but i couldn't even keep track of all the country shit they were doing at once I don't think I've seen anything whiter. Or more mesmerizing

This is my favorite of the three they’ve done so far, but that might be because this is my favorite song out of the three. Paul Rudd can sing! He mimics the three different artists so well, but he really nails this one. Such a great video!

Growing up in the 80s and 90s was a special time.. Music then ment so much more I will always be an 80s kid at heart but the 90s had some of the best music .. this was awesome Paul and Jimmy are spot on .. ✌😎👍

Go West are still performing. I've heard a lot of people attempt this song, and it is much harder than it seems. Nice respectful version.

Spot on. It’s written in a key that just tops out most male vocal ranges without flipping to mix or falsetto. And it’s sung fully in chest voice which makes it super hard for most men to attempt to do a justifiable version and retain the singer’s original sound. You can see when he performs it live it’s even pretty difficult for him to sing himself, he strains quite a bit to hit the higher chest voice notes. God knows why they chose not to maybe drop it down a couple of semitones to make it more manageable to sing live lol. Maybe it just doesn’t work a whole tone lower perhaps.

Absolutely superb! Love this song anyway, but what a perfect parody! Loved Higgins little cameo in the red cardigan, and he looked like he was having fun too at 2.20! On a side note, my family doctor looks EXACTLY like Steve Higgins, even down to the build, hair and the glasses! he says he's been called Higgins, but he's never seen Tonight with Jimmy Fallon, I'll have to show him this....
