Please take note of the date this video was made, this does not include any weapons from the The Pitt, Broken Steel, Point Lookout, or Mothership Zeta DLCs.
This video shows all the rare SHOOTING weapons you can collect throughout the wastelands in fallout 3. All Rare melee weapons will be showcased in the next video.

RARE WEAPONS NOT INCLUDED IN VIDEO-
Firelance- The "random event" has not happened for me yet :(
Protectron's Gaze- Recieved for giving the mechanist in canterberry commons the antagonizer's armor in the Superhuman Gambit.
I did not include Colonel Autumn's 10mm pistol because I don't have it and its VERY similar to the regular 10mm pistol... boring.

yes in the DLC- The Pitt, there's 'The Perforator',which is a unique black one with a scope and silencer. you have to go to the steelyard and find 60 steel ingots.

Good video! Just a tip for ppl though that for the Reservist's Rifle you can actually aim for the actually gun instead of killing the guy and when it breaks he drops it and u can pick it up. Then wait for 3 days(just wait 72 hours in-game) and go back and repeat! this way you can repair it with duplicates and as long as the guy doesn't die you can keep getting it! Also they patched Col. Autumn's pistol so its single fire now. Hope that helps :)

@iiPR3D4T0R you're right actually. most overlords outside carry gattling lasers or rocket launchers. i dont know how far you're in the game but if you go to vault 87 (and have broken steel which spawns more overlords there) they'll be carrying the tri beam rifles

Have you gotten Colonel Autumn's 10mm pistol? The first time you meet Colonel Autumn. You have to go up close to the purifier door, move the camera around until you see "Search Colonel Autumn" You can almost shoot it as fast as you can pull the trigger, it's quite powerful and extremely durable.

You don't have to retrieve all of the transcripts for the MIRV. In the bunker at the locked door, go to the right corner of it behind the paneling, and go into thridperson near it and try a few different spots near it until you get the door button. This takes a bit of time, but it does work honest!

@MegaOrtonfan It's in the Deathclaw sanctuary (It's in North West part of the map) Be sure to have the dart gun made cause that will slow down deathclaws from getting within arms reach of you. Just explore around until you find a big pool of blood. It should be lying next to one of the dead bodies. Be sure to find the dead Enclave officer that has "Jack" the ripper on her.

Another weapon that is a must is the "Backwater rifle" from point lookout, its basically lincolns repeater that uses 10mm rounds! :D

I am uploading videos for each individual rare weapon except a few from quests (i might be able to if i can resort to previous save) and they have me going to the locations. Also very nice montage of weapons and what difficulty do you play on?

@RCASALE2 no you still have to actually go to all of those place. but it is a good way to get caps. get the perk, go to all the new areas, come back, and you have caps :)

Its part of a DLC called broken steel, but in his case he might have used console commands, because in the broken steel dlc Autumn's laser pistole becomes semi-auto, Check on the fallout 3 wiki!

if you put aiding the outcasts as your active quest it will show you the location of the outcasts and you kill afew supermutants and then go into a simulation pod and you start op anchorage

@dadikiuz most of it probably is. remember, there was a nuclear apocalypse 200 years ago, and with no gun or ammunition factories, i would assume that yes, most people have to make their own weapons from scrap metal and car parts and stuff.

You missed Callahan's Magnum. It's found when you choose to blow up the Citadel in Broken Steel. I think you can choose to blow it up in a mission where you can select a target for orbital strike. Once it's been blown up, You can access the Citadel Armory and it's in there along with 2 Tesla Cannons, 3 mini nukes, Alien power cells, and a few other goodies. Check out the Fallout wiki. That's how i know this info.

@lilkush15 Its in the beginning of DLC Operation Ancorage. When your in the cave in the middle is a circular room with a dead body, with the chinease to the right either search the body or the gun will already be out. Im not certain but i think its the first cave.

Yes it is... You can only get it from doing strictly business. The only other gun that shares this model is the microwave emitter in point lookout.

@iiPR3D4T0R the tri beam is actually shorter. it technically isnt a rare version since most mutant overlords carry them. the wazer wifle is a rare version of the laser rifle while the metal blaster is a rare version of the tri beam.

If you have fallout 3 you have to like this video. I play fallout 3 everyday, just restarted the gam, my main character is level 30 100 lockpick 100 sneak, perfect character perk, thousands of ammo for every gun i have (seriously), almost a million caps, ALMOST all rare weapons, T-51b armor and winterized, all expansions completed, One home in Tenpenny tower. I love FAllout 3

@mattschimt1 after you did the simulation of anchorage you can go to the storage and in that storage is the gaus rifle,tb-51 power armor winterized + helmet,jingwei's shock sword,that special knife,ammo and more...

@micheal31091706 Actually, the scoped .44 (35dmg) and the Blackhawk are different guns. The Blackhawk is the second most powerful handgun (55dmg...one-handed....outside of energy weapons) in the game. You can only get the Blackhawk from Agatha. The most powerful handgun is Callahan's Magnum (another scoped .44....65dmg...Broken Steel DLC only).

to get victory rifle without getting 100 lockpick skill do the following:get a follower and give him a gun with 1 bullet then go to the shack where the rifle is found and make him go next to the locker where its in then make him attack you but make sure he's still near it and when he runs out of bullets he will automatically have it and the just calm him down somehow and get it from him thats how i got it

@TERI148 Alienblaster is just as regular weapon as like 10mm pistol just extremely rare. You can get it only from the crash landed alienship you can also get it from Adams Airforce Base, but you need the Broken Steel DLC. Firelance is the Unique verion of Alienblaster, because it set's it's opponent on fire, but the damage is not as high as Alienblaster.

@dell3355 the first teminal at the front of the museum is the first terminal. and the second is somewhere in there. when you explore you will find 2 terminals, its the second one not the first one. and when you acsess the terminals go to the file at the bottom. it should say something like #000. wen you find the second terminal u will have a new marker on ur map. thats where u have to go

You get it at the LOB enterprises you'll have to search it on your map...and if you can't find it you probably havnt discovered it yet

@iiPR3D4T0R yep, vault 87. but you can only get into vault 87 by doing the quest "Search of the Garden of Eden" i think..it's part of the main story line. if you do try to get in through the front, you will die. the rads are unbelievably strong even with protection.

@Eeveelover5000 Unfortunately you can't. After you start Project Purify the game is over. However, having a DLC like Brotherhood of Steel will allow you to continue the game! (For instance, if you put the modified FEV into the purifier all over the world will be people lying sick on the floor...)

@theDestiny2798 yep, you need two of the same weapon to repair one. when repairing the gun your repairing, the other one your repairing with gets instantly scrapped, and how much you can repair it depends on your repair skill.

@aliciamoo1 on the mothership zeta DLC in the weapons lab, in a large room just before the next area there should be a doorway that leeds to a balcony area if you go in and look on a shelf to the left of the door it should be there.

you can get the exper.. MIRV without! the 5 transcripts its a glitch that works when u go right up to the door and search for electrical switch on other side and it works!

A Fo3 note for everyone! If you have the Mothership Zeta DLC and go near the spaceship you will be teleported up to the spaceship and will not be able to obtain the Alien Blaster, so i suggest to get it first and then add the DLC pleaselike this comment if i helped you out at all! It will let me know and i will be able to tell other people! Thanks!

Before attempting to kill the drifter dont kill him just shot his weapon so he drops it and after every 3 in game days the drifter will have the reservist sniper rifle again
