Mods man modssss. I just downloaded some new 7gbs worth of mods and it won't work if the game gets the update but I'm still happy we're going to get some new contents with the enclave. There's a cool enclave operation mod costume that might be perfect for them
Man I really don't have the memory for another update for Fallout 4 to add on to this I think people's complaints aren't so much about Fallout 4 but the fact they're impatient and want another game. Either way, I'm not going to have the space for it, so hopefully everybody else has fun, though. I really don't know why it needed at the upgrade because the game was fine the way it was but you know if it gets people to spend more money right?
@@mr.exodus3844 when the update was announced the game was on sale that includes the GOTY too and all of the fallout games on steam. 75% off was for fallout 4 and it was definitely worth it. The player spiking was because of this not the actual update announcement so people had time to buy that before the period ends
You always hear about remasters, rereleases and how this time it is supposed to be less of a buggy mess when in reality most of them are just cash grabs with maybe a new can of paint to cover the issues.
@@Cristian-et5bg basically saying that the industry standard is to hype the heck out of something causing others to hype it as well then 9 times out of 10 the rerelease even when it is for a new console is normally nothing then a new can of paint. If you want to look at the industry standard; I mean we are on our ~6th Skyrim and ~4th GTA 5 which was all hyped up just like this just for it to be the same mess with a little bit of make up is my point. I am glad that fallout 4 is being able to be played by more people on the PlayStation and Xbox. However to get exited for it or to try to hype others up when you know that nothing is going to improve and in some cases may get worse in the overall experience turning many off of the franchise because they got in due to hype that the ones hyping realistically should have known was unrealistic given the industry norms.
@@Cristian-et5bg also last time fallout 4 got a "upgrade" it was a free dlc texture pack that killed the frames and load times; not only that but the modding community had already created better texture packs with better performance then the actual company. So do I expect a buggy game to become worse as the company trys to put it out a free or not clone of their own buggy game then yes.
We aren’t getting a new Vegas 2 or at least it’s highly unlikely from what it sounds like Bethesda has no plans of outsourcing the ip again and the series had never revisited an old location the closest we got was in 2 which had 3 locations from 1 as it took place more near the sanfransico area and 1 took place more near LA but it’s just very improbable even remakes like I see many people saying Bethesda has said on multiple occasions they will never remake or remaster a game as it’s pretty taxing and hard to remake an open world game I don’t think many people realize that but that could take many years to do and take time away from developing other Bethesda games
@guitargamesandliverpool lol they're not gonna come back from the hole they dug tbh unless they find a way to not be a decade behind in game design which I sincerely don't think they'll be able to do especially when Microsoft lays off their employees like they've been doing to litterally every shifty company they've bought to try and set them striaght again

I stopped playing Fallout 4 on PS4 last year when the next gen upgrade was announced. Figured just incase my PS4 progress doesn't carry over to PS5 then I won't loose too much progress if I have to start PS5 version from the beginning. Currently less than halfway thru the PS4 version. I prefer the PS5 version of my games anyways for ability to track my progress via the percentage at bottom right of PS5 home screen. I love that feature 😎
I hope the texture upgrades work with the VR version. We will see how much breaks. I do wish they did it like special edition and released a whole new version rather than break the mods
update fixes 1 bug oh right.... it brings out 10 brand new bugs for every 1 fixed. oh right all your past mods will now stop working including the bugs fixed by modders. Bethesda hopes you enjoy the "new" Fallout 4
So the quest I have on rescuing a hostage I can’t do because I sent a lot of captured and tamed deathclaws and now I have to talk to the deathclaw because that’s what’s marked as the quest giver will now be a regular person?
cdpr gives witcher 3 a next gen update: everyone praises it, despite the many performance issues (that they still havent fixed), visual bugs, and the fact that it broke 90% of all mods bethesda gives fallout 4 a next gen update: everyone shits on it and complains about it
Tried playing 4 on my 5 and if you download the dlcs the game won't load and I tried to get in it without the dlcs and so much stuff was missing and I couldn't interact with anybody
It’s been a hot minute since I played fo4 I really thought that this game was no more I’m glad they are going to update the game I hope in the future they will remaster there older games
I wouldn't be surprised if Bethesda will ALSO announce that you have to PAY for mods. They did the same thing for Skyrim and now you have to pay for mods for Skyrim... probably just another money grab
So instead of a remaster of Fo1, 2, 3 or NV... It's the one that felt overhyped in comparison. Not saying it's a bad fallout game, but I just personally felt it was lackluster in comparison to the prior releases in terms of character driven story (world events are still kinda fire.) NV would feel amazing in the new format, 1 and 2 would be unreal.
All there gonna do is mess up my mod load out, break the character I’ve been playing 4 years, and find a way to make me pay them more money 4 something that’s already mine.
If someone could explain me what's the difference if the Game already ran at 60fps with the fps Boost, and now they say with the update we're going to get 60fps, I don't get it if we already have that, what's tye difference? Thank you 👍
Consoles can't run at 4k 60fps regardless to what the blurb tells you, its always a shifting compromise between graphics fidelity settings, resolution and fps. You'll get 60fps at a higher resolution but lowered detail settings.
See the only good thing about this is the enclave which will probably only reach an hour of playtime max, the bad part is they spent all this time and resources on (and don’t quote me on this I’m too tired to check) an almost 10 year old game. Where were all these bug fixes in 76 when it first launched, I was so hype to kill some deathclaws with my boys but now that excitement faded. I just hope with the release of the show it’ll give Bethesda the ego boost it needs to actually get some new stuff out of
Never understood why people like NV more than 4. Sure, the story is definitely better, and the RPG aspects, but 4 is better in every other category. Maybe it's because I play on Survival Mode, so settlements mean more than they do on regular modes. 🤷🏾
Not to gargle on Microsoft's balls here (even cause I'm not an Xbox player or owner ever since 360) but considering Bethesda's history, those quality of life improvements we're gonna get probably wouldn't happen if Microsoft hadn't bought the company. They never botheted and always left it for the modders to fix their sh!t. It's nice to see some changes

Nobody gives a fuck, bethesda been dead to us since they started rerleasing Skyrim every year with a "new look". And with fallout 76 they literally dug their own grave. They need to make a masterpiece to make anybody interested, or they will die out in a couple of years.
