I remember few years ago, I did a similar build, using that bookcase door, but I build the institute hidden base at the red rocket! I closed up the garage part, and made that into the secret lab. the rest was just a "normal" settlement, an trader who was really a traitor- so a raitor trader lol

@@JabberGames I mean... just leting one Courser go in pretending to scavange leabing a teleport beacon and then teleporting everything in... xD Well, not the point. But stumbled over your build videos some days ago and pretty much watched them all now... love specialy your micro base and lil unique settlement builds. Realy inspired me to try some more next time i play the game. LOVE to build my settlements to look like some organicly grown place.

very good build, only criticism is the fake bank is to big. i think you are thinking real world. in fallout everything is smaller you probaly would only have 3 bank tellers. at least with a smaller bank you can have a bigger base . good job though :)
