I can confirm that this is from a mod of some kind; I have made absolutely zero modifications to the terrain itself in the Commonwealth.

This is a early access version. There are no playable quests

@@oddcamel261 nope! This video was recorded using 96 mods. All you have to do after installing is make sure the .esm is activated in the menus

Some of the characters do not yet have facial redesign or armor. This is something that is going to get several updates throughout the early access release.

I have over 90 installed, the main ones you see in the video are NAC X and modern firearms

Absolutely peculiar take. The writing of 3 and 4 is so much worse than nv, and the endings so much less fleshed out in every way than nv. I wonder if Todd howard made this comment himself.
