It's the same, there si no visual change, only bugfix, the real improve was for Ps5 and Xbox Series adding pc ultra settings to console at 4k dynamic resolution and 60fps

Hi everyone! Guys does anyone know what mods do I need to install to run Fallout 4 on gaming laptop (CPU Intel core i7 gen 11 and GPU Nvidia gforce 3060 rtx)? The problem is : starting menu appears in window mode, GPU can't be recognised by game. My laptop's screen resolution 1920 by 1080 and framerate 144hz. Many thanks in advance for your ideas.
