Series S/X quality mode is not broken or bugged. Both modes on Xbox are meant to be 4K 60FPS. Performance mode is just a little big more aggressive with FSR and thus no fps drops. Bethesda confirmed this in a tweet.

LOL, are you serious? 🤣 Digital Foundry, IGN and many others said that Quality mode is broken on SX/SS, and graphics stays as it is in both modes. Bethesda just LIED!

You’ll see how much better the PS5 version is in quality mode, since Series X doesn’t have access to any of the ultra settings. It’s bugged. No reason they would make an inferior version for Xbox. The tweet was dumb and there’s probably a disconnect between who runs their twitter account and the devs themselves.

I don't understand why there is a quality mode? the game is 2015 and the consoles should push it to 4k 60 FPS at the absolute maximum.

Anything above 1440p is good, just set your xbox to 1440p and don't allow 4k.

Digital Foundry, IGN and many others said that Quality mode is broken on SX/SS, and graphics stays as it is in both modes. You didn't compare Draw Distance, and it is better in Quality mode on PS5 and equal to Performance mode on PS5 on both XBOX consoles. Bethesda just LIED!

See the PS4 pro vs. Series S comparison , PS4 pro (which is known to be 1440p) is higher res than series S

Go and watch Digital Foundry and IGN, stupid Xbot 😂😂 The XBOX version is complitely broken, and fps is better on PS5 in Performance mode according to IGN's review.
