Honestly it gave me vibes of NV since a lot of there major players leaders had amazing voice actors or at least a good voice with good writing and I only really felt this with Maxon and Shaun(kind of)
My first sole survivor was a female, and she got a dialogue line I never managed to get again, while talking with "father", and it went somewhat like. "I had a son once, and it was the most precious thing I've ever done. The institute take him from me, killed him, then chewed on his memory and spit just another monster in this Commonwealth. A monster I have to take down". Imagine you own mother saying that to you face. That was pretty brutal XD. Totally right, but still.
Novitatis Veritatis every faction have differences and play styles for god sake there was like another 3 added into the game for Nuka world. They can't just live in peace. They all have different ideas for the future but want theirs not others the railroad thinks of synths as people not tools which they are machines. The institute treats synths like tools and are nerds and really don't know how the wasteland really works. The minute men are just a militia for citizens of the commonwealth not really a great thing and not much changes with them but the BOS wants to protect the people and help them into their feet while eliminating non human things like synths and mutants and I believe that the best option for the commonwealth is the BOS and minutemen because look at it military to repair the commonwealth while the minute men could help people at a minutes notice while the brotherhood was on its way so it's a great option in my opinion I would also like to hear everyone else's choices
9000k4 clubp The minutemen would be a lot better if they had advanced gear and were more organized. Like their a piss stain compared to the institute & BOS. I consider either them or the railroad the more of the good and happy ending. But the brotherhood of steel & Institute is a lot more fun to play.
+Danh Le The Enclave and the Brotherhood are both remnants of the U.S. military. They're just at opposite ends of the spectrum. The Enclave founders were politicians and rich people who demanded complete obedience to the U.S. government. The Enclave had pretty much complete control of the U.S. government. The Brotherhood founders were U.S. soldiers who valued freedom and democracy. They only got started right before the great war. The Brotherhood has fought the Enclave since it's very conception. The founders of the Brotherhood of Steel were the U.S. soldiers stationed at Mariposa Military Base. They found out about government experiments on fellow U.S. soldiers using FEV and every soldier on the base rebelled against the U.S. government. They might have been able to put down the tyrannical government that had taken control in the U.S., but the Great War happened the same day they rebelled. Anyway, the experiments that caused the rebellion were done by pre-war-Enclave scientists.
Not really. The BoS started as a group of soldier who reveled againt the scientist they where suppose to protect, because they where doing unethical experiments on human subjects. It had nothing to do with democracy of freedom. In fact, both Enclave and BoS are quite similar except the former wants to create an autoritarian goverment and kill anything not pure enough and the latter just wants to collect all the old world tech possible because they only know enough to use it and kill any non human. Neither of these groups gives a damn fuck about the rest of the world and they kill anybody if thay get in their way, or try at least. Thay have taken some good hits by the NCR in the west coast. They are doing much better in tha east though. Thay have more tech than ever from defeting the Enclave and thanks to Maxson they have reunited with the outcasts and return to their original goals
+Patxiku93 My point with the freedom thing that these weren't soldiers who were slaughtering Chinese civilians wholesale. They were regular troops who enlisted because they believed in what their country used to stand for. When they found out about the experiments on military prisoners, they rebelled. Why do you say the Brotherhood doesn't care about the rest of the world? The Brotherhood has battled threats many times. Unity, the Enclave, Caesar's Legion. The list goes on. I honestly think that the BOS-NCR war began because of selfishness on both sides. The Brotherhood was as stingy as always with their tech, but the NCR was making demands of the Brotherhood about the use of Brotherhood owned tech. I can't recall what actually kicked off the war though. Anyway as far as the BOS' attitude of strict isolationism goes, they're realizing that it's evolve or die time. Look at Elder McNamara in the Mojave. He negotiated a truce with the Mojave NCR because he realizes that the Brotherhood can't go on like it has been and defeating the Legion was a good place to begin negotiating an alliance. Even Elder Maxson has realized it. The East Coast Brotherhood recruits Wastelanders. The East Coast BOS used to shoot Ghouls on sight. Even while under Elder Lyons. Feral and non-feral. Maxson has stopped that. Even though they still have a clear distaste for Ghouls they aren't the Nazis everyone says they are.
Well, not any more. You are right in that they are starting to realize that the old ideology will not carry that much farther. I said they don't care about the rest of the wasteland because they actually didn't care about helping and kept to themselves except for the chapter under Lyons. They helped with the Master's army and the Enclave because they where a threat even for them. Besides, they do despise mutants and the Enclave are basically the predecessors of the people they rebelled against. Anyway, Bethesda seems to be making them more open to outsiders in the east and the west chapter is suppose to be in nearly defeated or where forced to join the NCR. We don't know nothing about the ones in the Midwest though
@@Bluesonofman this could be argued but in my opinion the legion is like a cleansing fire. Would you rather have a group of people who are prone to fight over which type is the best or have one group with one name with the same ideals. It seems logically correct to me. The NCR is more flawed than the legion
More like unwitting Institute patsies. They are good-intentioned like each of the four factions, but they smuggle Synths out of the Commonwealth without having the ability to override their software, let alone answer the question of weather or not Synths are actually alive. Again, good-intentioned, but all they're ultimately doing is scattering Institute sleeper agents around and giving them bonus free cover identities.
+Red Ballad The Brotherhood of Steel has helped the Wasteland since Fallout 1, when they defended the Hub and helped the Vault Dweller (who was a BoS initiate) defeat the Master and drive away the Super Mutant army. In Fallout 2, they helped the Chosen One defeat the Enclave (that's why they have Vertibirds in Fallout 4). In Fallout 3 they helped the Lone Wanderer pursue and destroy the Enclave remnants who wanted to poison the wasteland. In Fallout New Vegas the Brotherhood did it's best to protect the wasteland from the Archimedes weapon at Helios One, destroyed a murderous gang of energy weapon traffickers, and hunted down insane Super Mutants at Black Mountain. In Fallout 4, they fight against Gunners, Raiders, Super Mutants, and the Institute. Their cause hasn't changed.
I used to think that the Institute was the most logical choice for the longest time, but after playing the game for so long. I realized that the Brotherhood of Steel is humanity's best chance for survival. They may not help every person in need, like the Minutemen, but they're fighting for a good cause and for humanity.
BoS is not fighting for humanities survival. They fight against those who put it in danger. On West Coast NCR had risen to power over the years to become an actual country with it's own goverment, military and industry and in the end it put it into conflict with BoS since they didn't need them anymore and BoS there haven't adapted like Followers of Apocalypse did for example. In Bethesdaland however even grass haven't grown back in 210 years despite the events not taking place in an irl desert of Mojave. And how could you have believed that Institute is the last hope of humanity btw? Those guys are incompetent as f//ck!
+Wraithlord of Biel-Tan The WCBOS or FO3 Brotherhood maybe, but the FO4 BOS? The same Brotherhood who are essentially no different from the morally wrong faction of FO3, the Enclave, also the BOS's Nemesis? Eden's Goals - Eventual destruction of non-human lifeforms by means of modified FEV. Maxon's Goals - Eventual destruction of non-human lifeforms by means of SHOOTING THEM IN THEIR MUTANT FACES!
Callum Shamwana that's like saying that Masters goals are the same as those of the Followers of Apocalypse - helping others using your knowledge. But yeah, Eden's plan isn't just madness of an AI that haven't adapted and it will not come to bite you in the butt if you'll suddenly want to swim in Broken Steel...
Institute is the most logical choice ;) why you ask? The Institute is Evil? Yes and No. The Institute does horrible things? Yes and No. No more than all the other factions, but let's put that all aside, the main point is, at the end of Fallout 4 if you join the Railroad, the Railroad continues to do what the Railroad does. If you join the BoS, the BoS continues to do what the BoS does. You'd argue that it's the same with the Minutemen and the Institute right? Wrong. You become the General of the Minutemen and the Father of the Institute. You can change everything as you see fit. You can put a stop to the kidnapping, you can put a stop to everything you deem evil in the Institute, and focus on the great aspects, like its self sustainability of non irradiated humans, the re creation of normal animals like Apes and the list goes on. Just because the Game doesn't let you make any of those choices doesn't mean you don't get to make them. We're already past the point of treating this as a Game, so let's treat it as if it were real, can you make any actual changes as a member of the Railroad or the BoS? Can you change their structure? Can you make them see the good in the friendly Ghouls who are not Feral? No. Because you're simply a member that can be replaced. But with the Institute and the Minutemen, you are the Law. You make the Rules. You literally can shape the future of Humanity. Bring the Institute to the surface and make the research more accessible to everyone. You are the leader of the Institute, you can do whatever you want with the Institute, Shaun left it all to you. So yes, choosing the Institute is the most Logical choice (Aside from the Minutemen of course)
Irelevus Murloc Lol, sorry, but no. You shape your character through the main storyline and your choices. And by the end of it... you get exactly what you have shaped out of them. Mama Murphy's statement won't change and neither will your choices that brought you there. If you believed that you're doing it only to get in charge of Institute then I have to remind you that your power is not absolute and you have already passed the point of no return. Deal with it:P
This did a good job of showing that the BoS is alot more grey then either side thinks. I sided with em in fo4 and still do, And even agree with their opinions on synths for the most part. However, they are a bit darker then before. I felt horrible, not for the synths, but for my kid that I killed, yoy did an amazing job, and BoS fanboy, i thank you
Hello, I don't mind the spoilers, but I know you can rescue your son with different timelines but since you mentioned. Are you obligated to kill him if you side with the brotherhood?
Thekilleroftanks ? It's his kid. The emotional connection is built in. If time was how that connection was built, the human race would have died out long ago
Let's take take a moment for that ending, just wow, having him sit in Shaun's room saying "I didn't do it for the brotherhood, I did it for myself" gave me the feels like I got hit by a train
Bro, I just stumbled on this and holy shit, I'm just a nobody on the internet so this may mean nothing, but dude you've got major talent like fuck I've got goosebumps. You have insane skills and I'm glad you've decided to share them
Cody Sego The Minutemen questline was bland because of the settlements and shit but that was the best ending for the 2 major factions The railroad and the BOS.
Does anyone else get the feeling, that after the fade to black at the end, there's the 'pop' of a pistol, and one more body for the scavengers of the Commonwealth?
Please dont stop making these videos. This is our emotions in fallout displayed in perfect artistry. Where others saw a dull and boring apocalyptic game, you see it for what it truly is. What we, as fans, experience while playing in our immersion, what The Sole Survivor goes through with every choice, every memory. You are an artist without measure. I experence Musical and Aesthetic Frisson, but it is a rarity. Your videos trigger it with the culmination of my own memories, the music you choose, the lines and cuts you choose, and the beautiful emotion you manage to capture. It is such a treat. Please dont stop doing what you are so good at.
Before his face was shown i thought the main character looked like Snake from Metal Gear Solid lol. On a side note... Bethesda should hire you to make the trailer for the next game. This is awesome Hollywood level shit right here.
Ad Victorium. Absolutely love the BoS. They're always there when I need them even if I don't call them over. I also have 5 power armor suits in total because of them
I hate the brotherhood in this game, in 3 and new vegas they seemed like they were doing the right thing, but in this one they are like racist pricks that can't even reason.
Happy :) how were they doing the right thing in New Vegas? They were doing literally nothing but hiding. In Fallout 4, they might be racist assholes, but they trying to help, and for the most part they do okay.
Adam McCann Well, in New Vegas, they were doing the right thing by NOT doing what they do in Fallout 4. What I meant is that atleast then they were still doing what their main purpose was, saving/keeping pre-war technology, instead of being innocent robot killing pricks.
If there is anything this game does well it makes you regret decisions that you make or be proud of them and to be honest I wish I joined the Brotherhood of Steel instead of the Railroad
Thanks bro. I had the Institute, the Minutemen, and the Brotherhood to choose from when starting this video. I originally thought about doing the Institute this time, but changed my mind when you mentioned how many Brotherhood solider died in the last video.
+Bluepanda Didn't think what I said would have any impact on your videos. But I can't wait to see your next project and hopefully you get the subs that you deserve because honestly you deserve more than what you have for the work you put into this.
This was perfect. Nothing captures the story of the BOS ending better than this. The camera work was spectacular to say the least and everything just matched perfectly. Well done, and can't wait for the next one!
First time I attacked fort strong, the vertibird the game sends you in fuckin crash landed right after I took the behemoth down, juiced up a stimpack and Rose from the flames in a crazy intense battle with the remaining mutants. I thought the crash was actually part of the questline until my second playthrough and was pretty dissapointed that it wasn't because that was THE dopest battle I ever got into in that game lol so epic. Oh and great video! 👌🏻
Triston Constant Sounds rad as hell! Doesn’t that kinda make it better though? I mean it was a completely unique experience that led to your “dopest battle”. Would you really want to cheapen it by having it scripted and available for everyone? 😛
I had all my 15 settlers in Jamaica Plain in full Polymer Heavy Combat Armour and with OP laser rifles. One time I was flying in a BOS Vertibird over the nearby junkyard where the Muties hang out and the Gunners had landed their Vertibird so I got the BOS pilot to land me there. Every one of my settlers came out and it ended up in a huge battle with not one Settler killed. Then they all walked back to Jamaica Plain in single file.
I have a playlist with all of these in and when i feel depressed or angry these never fail to cheer me up, especially Happiness. What I'm trying to say is that these are absolutely fantastic and I love them.
Fallout 4 is so damn emotional. Killing Shaun, Danse, and I'm sure there are more. Video games are my life, and therefore I get very involved in them. Almost as if- I am the Sole Survivor of Vault 111. It's no surprise that I find myself in my room crying when I make the decisions in this game. Does anyone else feel the same? Fallout is playing with my mind, man.
I feel you, when forced to kill Danse (charisma not high enough) I had to pause for about ten minutes contemplating wether to go back and restart to save him, or continue with killing him I legit cried for about 5 minutes because Danse was my favorite character and nothing for the Brotherhood would make me forget him, R.I.P Paladin Danse. Gone but never forgotten. But that's the spoils of war, grief and loss over friends and family. Still o will never forgive myself for killing him.

Man i know how hard it is to make a video like this this is just pure hard work not even talent could do it, this is so much hard work ladies and gentleman, BRAVO!
I found this video while on my way to work today. Just, wow. The graphics and the way you put it together were amazing. And the ending...and the line he says, it hits you...
Such a LIT video you made, I STILL come back every so often to watch it again... it really appeals to us BoS ‘mains’, when choosing factions. AD VICTORIAM!
WOW! Makes me want to make a full length Fallout 4 movie! And I see that you have *MOAR* of these ones. You, good Sir, are FRIGGIN AWESOME for doin this!
Hats off to you bro this is some cool stuff. Had the hairs on the back of my neck standing, and when a content creator can do that with their action animation films, they did their job right.
You sir make my day. Good job making all your tribute video, they're really good. Could be trailer for the game =P On this, i'm gonna search your mod list xD
In my playthrough the Institute destroyed both BOS and Railroad. I liked the BOS until they wanted to have Danse executed, that's when shit hit the fan.
I love this new subscriber! I side with the brotherhood in all my playthroughs. I not particularly a fan of the railroad but I can see their point. but I hate the institute. if they truly cared for humanity they wouldn't be living comfortably underground eating 3 square meals a day, when people on the top are dying from radiation poisoning, raiders and super mutants. they would be helping the people with their resources and providing medicine. Tbh their just a bunch of elitist pricks. my son included
The Institute is the best hope for humanity but they don't care for humans. The Brotherhood may not be the first option you pick when you want to create a future that not destroyed but at least they help protect people.
+Ryan Andrade Its really not that hard, anyone can do this, you just need to try. All you need is Fallout 4, a PC that can run the game at half decent settings, and some basic knowledge of console commands. I got started doing this stuff off of this video. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4j7koTQ1cj8.html Even though it's a tutorial for Fallout 3/NV, a lot of the console commands and information are still relevant to Fallout 4.
i like how you made a really popular video from inspiration of an old fallout 3/nv tutorial youtuber. really underrated dude, i used to watch him as well
this video is a masterpiece that i come back to see just because i love it so much. my favorite out of all the tributes because my first play thru i went with the brotherhood and just felt right to me.
Fellas, it is Kellogg's armor retextured and with vanilla armor pieces layered on top of it. Here's the download. www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/8078/?tab=2&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Ffallout4%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D8078&pUp=1
I doubt Bethseda would fuck it up, if you know Fallout, there was a Brotherhood Of Steel game that was literal shit. Least Bethseda would keep the Brotherhood the way they're meant to be.
Shaun is no longer your son, he may share your dna but he has been raised by the institute to believe everything they say, he inherited their ack of morality and dosent care about the outside world, like the people that raised him, he is truly gone unfortunately. Ad victorium
