The health bar thing isn’t a bug it was added for the PvE players for determining whether or not they need to shoot something again with dot in order to kill something 😐

@@The_Overboss_76 I don’t know why they wouldn’t add an option to turn it off but Bethesda doesn’t test anything involving PvP ever so it’s just another nuisance now I guess

Would you recommend executioners over anti armor? I have an AA4040 axe I was hoping to get away with using
